The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to supplier diversity recertification. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Subsection (a) of Section 61 of Chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “businesses” the following 3words:- 4 such SDO certification being effective for three years before recertification by the SDO. 5Any change in status that would leave the business in non-compliance shall be reported by the 6business to the SDO within 30 days of said status change.
