An Act relative to supplier diversity recertification.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Subsection (a) of Section 61 of Chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “businesses” the following 
3words:- 
4 such SDO certification being effective for three years before recertification by the SDO. 
5Any change in status that would leave the business in non-compliance shall be reported by the 
6business to the SDO within 30 days of said status change.
