An Act making election day a legal holiday for state and municipal employees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 "Not withstanding any general or special law to the contrary the biennial November State
2election day shall be declared a legal holiday for state and municipal employees."
