An Act designating Blanding's turtle as the official turtle of the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 2 of the General Laws as appearing the 2016 Official Edition is hereby amended
2by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-
3 Section 64. The Blanding's turtle shall be the official turtle or turtle emblem of the
4Commonwealth.
