| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 4 of chapter 7C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is |

| 32 | 32 | | 2hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 40A, or any other general or special law to the |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4contrary, the division of capital asset management and maintenance shall not approve any |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5building project which is also a public-private agreement unless said project shall be subject to |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6local zoning ordinances; and provided, further, that the division shall not approve any building |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 7project which is also a public-private agreement if such project will result in the issuance of a |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 8bond. |
