2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart December first through the
3131 2eighth as Getting to Zero Week to increase public awareness, understanding, and recognition of
3232 3our communities’ shared commitment to end the HIV and AIDS epidemic in the Commonwealth
3333 4by getting to zero new cases, zero HIV-related deaths, and zero stigma. The proclamation shall
3434 5recommend that the week in December be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
