| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 |

| 30 | 30 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the definition of “Governmental body” and |

| 31 | 31 | | 3inserting in place thereof the following definition:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 5agency, board, commission, authority, department or instrumentality of a city, town, district, |
