An Act relative to the open meeting law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 18 of chapter 30A of the General Laws, is hereby amended in the definition of
2"Public Body", by striking the phrase "the general court or the committees or recess commissions
3thereof".
