| 29 | 29 | | 1 Section 15 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, |

| 30 | 30 | | 2is hereby amended by adding after the sixth paragraph, the following new paragraph: -- |

| 31 | 31 | | 3 A Section 15 licensee and the Section 15 licensee’s employees shall complete a training |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4program every three (3) years that includes all of the following: (1) Instruction on the statutes |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5and rules that govern the off premises sale of beer, wine, ready to drink mixed alcoholic |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6beverages, and intoxicating liquor in this state; (2) Instruction on preventing the illegal retail of |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7beer, wine, ready to drink mixed alcoholic beverages, and intoxicating liquor to persons under |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8twenty-one years of age; (3) Instruction on not selling beer, wine, ready to drink mixed alcoholic |

| 37 | 37 | | 9beverages, and intoxicating liquor to intoxicated individuals; and (4) Instruction on preventing |

| 38 | 38 | | 10second party sales of beer, wine, ready to drink mixed alcoholic beverages, and intoxicating |
