The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to reasonable municipal expense reimbursement. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1: Section 69H of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as 2appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the 3following clause:-- 4 “(5) the board shall consider the requests of municipalities for reimbursement of expenses 5spent in relation to the application and shall assess fees on applicants for reasonable municipal 6expenses related to the application.”
