| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. (a) The executive office of energy and environmental affairs shall be |

| 30 | 30 | | 2directed to develop the following group purchasing discount programs modeled after the Solarize |

| 31 | 31 | | 3program, wherein the price decreases as the number of participants increases: |

| 32 | 32 | | 4 (1) A Solarize II program to provide group purchasing discounts for homeowners who |

| 33 | 33 | | 5buy solar photovoltaic (PV). |

| 34 | 34 | | 6 (2) A Heat Pump Mass program to provide group purchasing discounts for homeowners |

| 35 | 35 | | 7who buy and use heat pumps. |
