| 32 | 32 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Secretary of Energy and |

| 33 | 33 | | 2Environmental Affairs shall perform a study on the feasibility of installing solar panels on |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 3municipal and state buildings and land, including possible funding sources for feasible projects. |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 4 The Secretary shall report the results of the study by filing a report with the Clerk of the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 5Senate; the Clerk of the House of Representatives; the Department of Environmental Protection; |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 6and the Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture no later than one |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 7year after passage of this act. |
