| 33 | 33 | | 4led format by a state-licensed driving school if the following conditions are met: —(a) the |

| 34 | 34 | | 5driving school owns or leases physical offices and/or classrooms in the Commonwealth to |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6provide in-person instruction (b) the driving school has no less than three consecutive years of |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7operation in the Commonwealth (c) the driving school is in good standing with the Registry of |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 8Motor Vehicles. |
