| 31 | 31 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law or regulation to the contrary, Section 6 of |

| 32 | 32 | | 2Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 official edition, shall be amended by |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3inserting after the word “section” in line 42 the following:- |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4 "However, the restoration of year of manufacture registration plates, painted and restored |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5to their original year of manufacture colors and design, will not be considered altering such |

| 36 | 36 | | 6registration plates when used on antique automobiles." |
