| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 13 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 |

| 31 | 31 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “vehicle”, in line 68, the |

| 32 | 32 | | 3following words:- “a bicycle, skateboard, or any additional mode of transportation.” |

| 33 | 33 | | 4 SECTION 2. Section 13 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by |
