2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Amend Chapter 90, section 7E to add a new paragraph 7, as follows.
2929 2 Only persons authorized for the mounting or use of either red or blue lights may use a
3030 3traffic signal pre-emption device.
3131 4 Possession of a traffic signal pre-emption device by an unauthorized person is prohibited.
