| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 Section 24 of chapter 151A, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2by adding the following paragraph: |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3 (d) Notwithstanding any other provision of this title to the contrary, individuals with a |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4definite return-to-work date that is within twelve (12) weeks of their last day of physical work, as |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5certified by their employer on the employer separation notice provided to the department, shall |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6be exempt from the work search requirements. |
