Transportation. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to obstructed views while driving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 13 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, 2is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- A violation of 3this section for the presence of 1 or more small items hanging from the rearview mirror of a 4motor vehicle in operation shall only be enforced by law enforcement agencies when an operator 5of a motor vehicle has been stopped for some other violation of the motor vehicle laws or some 6other offense.
