An Act relative to community works programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 24 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition,
2is hereby amended by inserting the following: “; to participate in a program to provide services
3to municipalities within a county pursuant to section forty-nine C of chapter one hundred twenty-
4seven;” after the words “to engage in employment pursuant to a work-release program” every
5time they appear.
