2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 24 (4)(f)(1) of Chapter 90 is hereby amended by inserting the following after the
3232 2word “decision”:-
3333 3 No driver shall have their driver’s license suspended or be otherwise sanctioned for
3434 4refusing a test that has not been scientifically proven to indicate a level of personal impairment
3535 5resulting in inability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
