An Act increasing the penalties for passing a stopped school bus.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 14 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “$250”, in line 30, the following words:- and a 7 
3day suspension of the person’s license or right to operate a motor vehicle.
