| 30 | 30 | of the same, as follows: | |
| 31 | 31 | 1 Chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 5N the | |

| 33 | 33 | 3 Section 5½. All benefits pursuant to section 5 of this chapter shall be adjusted annually | |
| 34 | 34 | 4according to the average cost of living adjustment in the commonwealth. |
