| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 Chapter 33 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, in Section 15(a), in line |

| 32 | 32 | | 23, by adding after the word “general.” the following: |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 “The adjutant general shall be the commanding general of all military forces, organized |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4militia units, and the military division of the Commonwealth.” |

| 35 | 35 | | 5 And by striking, in Section 15(b), the following: “provided, however, that the adjutant |
