The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to the definition of a Veteran in the Commonwealth. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 The definition of “veteran” in section 1 of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing 2in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “Mexican Service,” 3in line 51, the following words:- ; or (f) served in the national guard or reserve for 20 or more 4years.
