An Act relative to expanding pathogen testing capabilities for aquaculture.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 195 the 
2following section:-
3 Section 195A. (a) The commissioner shall conduct testing of water, poultry, produce, 
4dairy products, shellfish and other food products for the presence of campylobacter. The 
5department shall analyze tests and samples submitted to it, and may charge for such services a 
6fee not greater than the cost to it of such services.
7 (b) The commissioner may promulgate any regulations, pursuant to chapter 30A, 
8necessary to implement this section.
