| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 16 of Chapter 90D of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 |

| 32 | 32 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 (c) If an automobile dealer or private individual buys a vehicle and holds it for resale, |

| 34 | 34 | | 4said dealer or individual shall honor any optional pre-paid manufacturers vehicle warranty plan |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5corresponding to the automobile’s Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) upon resale. Said |
