An Act relative to motor vehicle excise tax exemptions for a person with a disability.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 115 and 116, the words “or permanent loss of use of, 
3both legs or both arms” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- or permanent loss of 
4use of, 1 or both feet, or permanent loss of use of, 1 or both hands, or has been determined by the 
5medical advisory board established under section 8C of chapter 90 to be permanently disabled.
