An Act relative to cider.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by striking in line 148 the words ‘six per cent’, and inserting in place thereof 
3the following:- ‘eight and one half per cent’
