2727 An Act exempting Hancock schools.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, subsection (k)
3131 2of section 12B of chapter 76 of the General Laws shall not apply to public schools in the town of
3232 3Hancock.
3333 4 SECTION 2. Nothing in this act shall prevent public schools in the town of Hancock to
3434 5continue to participate in the school choice program under section 12B of chapter 76 of the
3535 6General Laws after the effective date of this act.
3636 7 SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
