Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 1B of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 117-120, inclusive, the twenty-first 3paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph: 4 The board shall establish the permissible and mandatory ages for school attendance 5provided that each child be required to attend a full-day educational program at kindergarten age. 6 SECTION 2. Section 1 of chapter 76 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby 7amended by inserting after the word “education”, in line 2, the following words: 8 “and any child enrolled in full-day kindergarten”
