2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 5A of Chapter 71B of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2022
3232 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 46 “ 75 per cent” and inserting thereof the
3333 3following words: -
3434 4 “90 per cent”
