44 | 44 | | 7appropriate legislation by the Great and General Court. |

45 | 45 | | 8 The roles, and decision-making of all personal physicians, hospital physicians, and all |

46 | 46 | | 9other medical personnel, who are appropriately involved in the care of any individual, shall be |

47 | 47 | | 10respected, according to all appropriate medical standards, laws, and regulations. |
