| 28 | 28 | | 1 Section 16C of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, |

| 29 | 29 | | 2is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 7 and 8, the words “, subject to appropriation,” and |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 3inserting in place thereof the following words:- ; provided, that the reimbursement shall not be |

| 31 | 31 | | 4subject to appropriation and shall be subject to a monthly allotment; provided further, that such |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 5monthly allotment shall not be less than 1/12th of the regional school district’s transportation |
