An Act adding paths to professional licensure for teachers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 38G of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “commissioner;” in line 203, the 
3words “or has held a provisional educator certificate and worked in an educational setting for at 
4least five years;”
