Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 38G of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “commissioner;” in line 203, the 3words “or has held a provisional educator certificate and worked in an educational setting for at 4least five years;”
