| 33 | 33 | | 3 “any capital project, other than a major reconstruction project, for the construction, the |

| 34 | 34 | | 4enlargement or original equipping of any public schoolhouse, including any facility used as a |

| 35 | 35 | | 5public preschool program as defined by Section 1A of Chapter 15D, in any city or town, or a |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6project for the renovation or partial renovation of an existing structure for use as a schoolhouse; |

| 37 | 37 | | 7or the renovation or partial renovation of an existing schoolhouse.” |
