2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Chapter 370 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended by adding the following section:
3232 2 Section 11
3333 3 Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, students
3434 4enrolled in a school choice program, as established by section 12B of chapter 76 of the
3535 5Massachusetts General Laws, may enroll in a virtual school operated by the accepting school
3636 6district.
