| 31 | 31 | | 1 Chapter 370 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended by adding the following section: |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, students |

| 34 | 34 | | 4enrolled in a school choice program, as established by section 12B of chapter 76 of the |

| 35 | 35 | | 5Massachusetts General Laws, may enroll in a virtual school operated by the accepting school |
