| 31 | 31 | | 1 Chapter 25C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby |

| 32 | 32 | | 2amended by adding the following section:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 Section 10. An internet service provider providing internet service to a household |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4receiving a benefit under the federal Affordable Connectivity Program shall, if the household is |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5an existing customer of the internet service provider prior to receiving the benefit, provide |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6internet service to the household receiving the benefit without interruption or delay in existing |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 7service. |

| 38 | 38 | | 8 The department shall promulgate regulations for the implementation and enforcement of |
