| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 76B, Chapter 54 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2subsection:- |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3 (c) -- Any person who seeks to vote in a public election is required to establish his or her |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4qualifications to vote by providing a current valid photo form of identification to election |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5officials prior to voting. Acceptable forms of photo identification provided is either a current |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6driver’s license, a government employee card, a pilot’s license, military identification, a |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 7Medicaid or Medicare card, and for students, a photo identification university card. |
