28	28	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority

30	30	1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 53 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
31	31	2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the word “him” and inserting in
