2828 An Act expanding ballot access for regional school district votes.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 16 of Chapter 71 is hereby amended by striking out Section16 (n) and inserting in
3232 2place thereof the following section:
3333 3 "The number and location of the polling place, or places, in each town shall be
3434 4determined by the district committee after consultation with the select board or city council
3535 5thereof; and the hours during which all the polls in the district are open shall be uniform
3636 6throughout the district and shall be 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m."
