An Act relative to election ballots.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 25B of chapter 54 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2018 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out from paragraph (h) subsection (1) and 
3inserting in its place the following:- 
4 (1) Official ballots, identical in all respects to the official ballots designated in section 44 
5of chapter 54 of the General Laws.
6 SECTION 2. Section 87 of chapter 54 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby 
7amended by striking out paragraph (a) and inserting in its place the following:- 
8 (a). Official ballots, identical in all respects to the official ballots designated in section 44 
9of chapter 54 of the General Laws. 2 of 2
10 SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
