2828 An Act relative to reasonable Mass Wildlife Board expense reimbursement.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Chapter 131 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking Section 1D in its entirety
3232 2and inserting in place thereof the following section: -
3333 3 Section 1D. The board members shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to
3434 4be reimbursed out of any funds available for the purpose, of their actual traveling and other
3535 5expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their official duties, but such reimbursement
3636 6shall not in any fiscal year exceed thirty thousand dollars for the total aggregate expenses of all
3737 7the board members.
