An Act creating a shelter provider rate study.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, not later than October 1,
22026, the executive office of housing and liveable communities shall conduct a study of rates for
3emergency shelter providers to establish a rate setting process commensurate to the process
4established under chapter 257 of the acts of 2008.
