2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, not later than October 1,
2929 22026, the executive office of housing and liveable communities shall conduct a study of rates for
3030 3emergency shelter providers to establish a rate setting process commensurate to the process
3131 4established under chapter 257 of the acts of 2008.
