| 29 | 29 | | 1 Chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 official edition, is herby |

| 30 | 30 | | 2amended by inserting after section 5L the following section:- |

| 31 | 31 | | 3 Section 5O. Electronic Benefit Transfer Cards; Photo Identification Requirement. |

| 32 | 32 | | 4 All electronic benefit transfer cards shall include a clear photo of the authorized user. The |

| 33 | 33 | | 5Department of Transitional Assistance shall verify identity with a valid U.S. passport, Social |
