| 30 | 30 | | 1 Section 4J of chapter 7 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following |

| 31 | 31 | | 2paragraph:- |

| 32 | 32 | | 3 Every agency and institution of the commonwealth shall transmit to the human resources |

| 33 | 33 | | 4division all employment opportunities, notices and postings, excluding positions subject to |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5section 46D of chapter 30, chapter 31 and chapter 150E, including, but not limited to, notices of |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6job opportunities, new positions and vacancies. The division shall immediately place all such |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7information in the statewide employment computerized referral system. No position shall be |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 8filled without full compliance with this paragraph. |
