2727 An Act relative to state employment postings.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 4J of chapter 7 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following
3131 2paragraph:-
3232 3 Every agency and institution of the commonwealth shall transmit to the human resources
3333 4division all employment opportunities, notices and postings, excluding positions subject to
3434 5section 46D of chapter 30, chapter 31 and chapter 150E, including, but not limited to, notices of
3535 6job opportunities, new positions and vacancies. The division shall immediately place all such
3636 7information in the statewide employment computerized referral system. No position shall be
3737 8filled without full compliance with this paragraph.
