Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 148B of Chapter 149, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is 2hereby amended by striking the words “chapter 151”, in lines 1 and 2, and inserting in place 3thereof the following: - “and chapters 151 and 152,”. 4 SECTION 2. Section 1 of Chapter 152, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding to 5paragraph 4, after the word “payable”, in line 111, the following:- “Any reference to an 6employee shall have the same meaning as in section 148B of Chapter 149 of the General Laws.”
