| 32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 5A of the charter of the town of Tewksbury, which is on file in the |

| 33 | 33 | | 2office of the archivist of the commonwealth as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the |

| 34 | 34 | | 3General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out, in the third sentence, the words “ten mile” and |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 4inserting in place thereof the following:- “fifty-mile”. |
