Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 53F3/4 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official 2Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 7, the word “appropriated” and inserting in 3place thereof the following words:- 4 expended by the board, commission, committee, head of department or officer designated 5by the issuing authority as defined in section 1 of chapter 166A, without further appropriation.
