2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 53F3/4 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official
3232 2Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 7, the word “appropriated” and inserting in
3333 3place thereof the following words:-
3434 4 expended by the board, commission, committee, head of department or officer designated
3535 5by the issuing authority as defined in section 1 of chapter 166A, without further appropriation.
